MLKFS provides remote post‑production services (editing, color grading, sound design & mix, and related services). Project‑specific terms (scope, timeline, pricing, deliverables) will be set out in a separate statement of work or contract.

3. Intellectual property

This site and its content (text, graphics, logos, brand marks) are owned by MLKFS and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute site content without permission. Client materials remain the property of the client.

4. Portfolio use

Unless a project agreement states otherwise, MLKFS may reference completed work in our portfolio and marketing, following any confidentiality obligations.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MLKFS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

6. Third‑party services

We may link to or integrate third‑party services (e.g., hosting, email, video platforms). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Governing law
